The greatest linebacker of all-time may very well be Dick Butkus of the Chicago Bears. Despite the Bears having a horrid offense during his playing days, and never making a splash in the post season, Butkus always shined with bone rattling hits and striking fear in his opponents.
Destroying running backs, recievers, quarterbacks and even linemen, everyone on the opposing team was scared that number 51 was going to crush you. The Hall of Fame linebacker made 8 pro bowls, was all league 6 times, and was on the 60's and 70's all decade teams.

Walter Payton
Walter Payton is by far my favorite running back of all time. He ran with a punishing yet nimble style as he made defensive player pay for trying to tackle him. His forearm shiver and stiff arm were legendary. He could block better than any top flight back, and had remarkable hands.
There will never be another Sweetness.

MSU v. Notre Dame
The best college football game so far this year is Michigan State University versus Notre Dame. The back and forth affair played out of four quarters as each team seemed vulnerable to the others run and pass attack. After the game went to overtime, Notre Dame kicked an early field goal. To answer, this play occured:

Rams Fans Fall From Stands
Here are some overzeolous St. Louis Rams fans going for what appears to be a water bottle or shoe that was balancing on a Rams tarp.

Julius Peppers to the Bears
The Chicago Bears have had a busy offseason, nabbing top defensive end Julius Peppers, running back Chester Taylor, and one of the best blocking tight ends in Brandon Manumaleuna.
Julius Peppers is an athletic freak and dominates on the football field. The five time Pro Bowler stands 6'7" and weighs 280 pounds. Peppers has a great reach, helping him rack up 81 sacks, block kicks, intercept passes and harass QB's.

Devin Hester Crazy Return
Here is a ridiculous punt return from Devin Hester in a game against Duke during his playing days with University of Miami.
The Chicago Bears would love to see Devin return to form next season at wide receiver. Mike Martz has been hired as the Bears offensive coordinator, who knows what could happen.

Herschel Walker
Herschel Walker recently won his MMA debut against Greg Nagy in Strikeforce. Herschel was absolutely jacked for a 47 year old, but also looked like a guy making his debut.
Here he is breaking the pro football rushing record in the USFL.
Awesome run against Tennessee

Ken Yon Rambo
Ken Yon Rambo was a solid college receiver at Ohio State University who didn't quite catch on with the NFL. He was drafted in the seventh round by the Oakland Raiders in 2005 and subsequently released.
However, he found a place up north in the Canadian Football League with the Calgary Stampeders. Last season he led the league with 1,473 receiving yards on 100 catches, and had 84 yards in the Grey Cup victory. He earned a spot on the CFL All Star team. Unfortunately, this year he tore his ACL. Hopefully he comes back and dominates.
